Information you send

The contact form processes your name, email address and message, together with this site's domain, submission time and handling status. Please send editorial questions only, not health records or payment information.

Purpose and storage

Messages are used to receive and handle your enquiry and protect the form against misuse. The contact service stores submissions in a private server database. This edition does not send enquiries to external marketing recipients. Access should be limited to the authorised site operator.

Retention and technical protection

The contact-service configuration uses a maximum message retention period of 30 days and scheduled deletion. Short-lived technical identifiers may be used to limit automated submissions. The contact service does not store your IP address with the message; hosting infrastructure may separately keep security and access logs.

Browser storage

The privacy control stores your necessary-storage choice in your browser. Search and reading checklists work within the page and do not submit their contents. There are no accounts, payments, newsletters, advertising tags or analytics configured in this edition. See the cookie policy.

External images

Food images load from Unsplash. When your browser requests an image, that provider receives network and browser information, including your IP address. See Unsplash's privacy policy. This is separate from submitting a contact message.

Questions about your information

Use the contact form to ask about information you previously submitted. Do not send extra identity documents unless they are genuinely required through an appropriate secure process.
